TODAY:
✅ Sydney Cummings 45 minute full body AMRAP – done! I loved this workout. And Sydney is just so likable to me (none of the mild snark/swagger that Autumn brings).

❏ PACK for trip. Determined to do this in an organized manner. Wish me luck . . . I should have gotten some packing cubes. #%&@(#U!.
❏ August budget. This one is particularly satisfying because it’s a 3-paycheck month (26 pay periods + 12 months, so this ‘windfall’ occurs twice yearly and I always budget the surplus to cover future school/camp costs)
❏ Record Aug 9th’s BLP! Notes are done, it will be a Back to School theme with a fun segment (I won’t spoil it but it was very enjoyable to research)
We’re also going to see family and hopefully leave the house (somewhat) in order!

A new month! Not sure where July went, I got a job in another city, so this month will be focused on wrapping up my current role, figuring out timings for new job, and figuring out how to make life work across two cities for awhile. And a very belated memorial for my sister in law and a 2 night faux camping trip.
I am curious about your uniform strategy. Do you buy a week’s worth? Kiddo will start school with uniforms (most uk state schools) next year, and right now, he’s super sensitive to textures and basically lives in the softest clothes I can find (H&M joggers).
Also, I feel like this justifies the purchase of a new planner. I’ve been using and loving a Leuchtturm monthly planner but I don’t want to carry around old notes and stuff with me? But I think I will move to digital for most of my calendar and daily planning.

Couldn’t resist saying “same here” to the H&M joggers. My 5 yo loves them. He started school last September (we’re also in the UK) and I wish I’d bought more uniform. I was constantly putting it on quick wash at the end of the day. I’ll be getting extra ready for this Sept.
They are so good! And come in fun colours, unlike most boys clothes.
nope, not a full week – especially since i don’t know what the kids will like (especially A, who hasn’t worn uniforms since Miami Beach). i got 3-4 shirts each and 3-4 different bottoms for them to try and will buy more of the favorites. . .
Oh that is smart, I think the options here are more limited, shorts and trousers, with a polo. But they can be purchased from any store at a variety of price points.
I’m so excited for new BLP episodes!! Have enjoyed the highlight recap episodes in July, though! I love the look of your &Studium daily planner. Is it the undated study daily planner on Honeypress website? I’m eager to see more pictures and hear your review of it on BLP! I have never attempted personal daily planning, but this planner looks like it might be a possible fit for me. Enjoy your vacation!
