i hope to see lots of you there! it’s surreal to climb out of this virtual blog world and meet up with people you’ve only ‘known’ online, but every time i’ve done it it’s been a blast!
workout: 6 mile interval run, treadmill, 0.5% incline — of note, i’m very excited that starting next week i’ll have a more ‘irregular schedule’, meaning that i’ll be able to do some mid-day/AM runs and get away from the treadmill! although this run was fun and went by quickly thanks to de-escalating intervals and the latest issue of women’s running magazine.
