Oh my gosh, this is so sweet. She looks so grown up and looks so much like you! Sounds like the perfect day together. This makes me look forward to the ‘older kid’ stage of parenting. There are things to like about babies and toddlers, but like you mentioned on Tuesday’s BOBW podcast, the toddler and baby phase is really hard! I am seeing glimmers of what we have to look forward to with our 3yo, though, like when he plays board games with me which is something I love to do.

Awww! I love this. I have been following since your days of TTC and I was in university (only recently started commenting more frequently), and I can’t get over how grown up she is! (And I am now married with a baby in my 30s, crazy!)

Thank you so much for the idea and details of the Mommy Day! Kids feel they have so little control over things these days. I’m going to work on making some version of this happen in our house. Happy Passover!
P.S. Kids FINALLY going back to school (for the first time since last March) 4 days a week April 19th!!!! Whoo hoo!!!!
