= the amount I slept last night, and it was amazing.
I skipped my morning run today. I may try to do some (light, restorative) yoga tonight while the kids have their coveted show time.
This is a reminder to myself and anyone who needs it that pushing past fatigue on a regular basis is just not worth it. I feel so much better today!
(Also, I have noted that one of the first thing to go when I am tired is the ability to parent effectively. It takes a lot of mental and physical stamina apparently).
