If you’re interested in experimenting with AI planner recs, I’d definitely try perplexity.ai. As you noticed in your experiment, ChatGPT is not really good at answering questions for which internet search would be helpful. Perplexity (not a sponsor, lol) is more like AI-enhanced internet search.

Here’s the results I got from doing a search for a specific kind of planner. IDK enough about planners to know if the recommendation is better than what ChatGPT would give, but it’s working in a different way. This is probably a lost cause, but please, please, everyone educate yourselves on how unethical pretty much all generative AI is. Here’s a Perplexity-specific example, since the above commenter recommended it: https://arstechnica.com/tech-policy/2024/10/dow-jones-says-perplexity-is-freeriding-sues-over-copyright-infringement/

Thank you — yeah I feel there is such a dark side to all this and I probably should have mentioned it! Thank you for sharing!

I loved this episode! I ordered a mini plotter for my capture. I’m planning to use it to manage tasks lists while on inpatient. I like the small size, and I can put it in my pocket. Also nice to be able to tear out sheets.

ooh you did! I ordered some refills so i can see what they are like first. Contemplating using one of these in 2025 but it’s a $ commitment!

Definitely a commitment. I’ll let you know what I think. The variety of inserts are so cool. I ordered the monthly set so I can easily see when I have call/postcall. I’m approaching my last inpatient month of 2024. I think I was consoling myself LOL. I love the patient care but not the lack of days off and the Q4 call.
