We chat about intentionality around spending, saving, and how to tackle both short- and long-term financial goals. The Frugal Friends aim to get listeners/readers to think about budgeting in a different way by focusing on spending on what matters rather than deprivation.

This is a year-long course featuring structured planning sessions designed to fit each season, with mid-season check-ins to assess progress and provide a forum for accountability!
