    I don’t think you should have any discomfort or shame around being an enneagram 3! I bet a lot of physicians are 3s. You are a driven and motivated person! I’m an enneagram 1 and it so accurately describes me to the t.

    For the person with the conflict around planning with her partner, I wonder if their partner’s issue is with the planning system or the plans? We’ve had points where my husband has felt that our lives are overscheduled and we have too much going on. But like the other question asker, if we don’t make plans to see people/do things, they will never happen. So he has come around to it.
