Today’s episode is a very planner-centric Q&A episode (since it’s that time of year!).
First, Cynthia opens with her planner peace – a mashup of prior BLP mentions, from the Passionate Pennypincher Planner to Planner Pad and a Stalogy notebook!
Then, Kristin shares a pro tip for melding her digital planning (via Google calendar) with a paper system that allows for daily notes jotted in pen and a physical representation of the weeks and months.
Susie shares a common planning conundrum – she has a life with LOTS of moving parts, but no one system to contain them all.
Finally, a listener wonders how to handle events being tentatively booked in advance, while another gives a shout-out to Midori’s unique Double Scheduler options.

I just came here to say I was very excited to see you mentioned “in the wild” (well…on instagram, haha) a moment ago! I thought “Sarah Hart-Unger?! The one I know (of)? OMG yes it’s talking about planning, it’s definitely her!” It was a post from Kelly Nolan: https://www.instagram.com/p/DPwJVWmClk8/?img_index=3
aww! Yes I had Kelly on the podcast WAY back and love her!!!
I assume that the number of planner peaces you receive is usually greater than the number of planner peaces that you can read and discuss in one episode, Dr. Sarah Hart-Unger.
Unfortunately, though, I do not have any advice for anyone that you mentioned in this episode, Dr. Sarah Hart-Unger. Also, I didn’t realize that you’re recording this episode in an official studio. As far as I’m concerned, there’re no differences between you recording in an official studio and you not recording in an official studio.
