Ep #320: Planning Big Projects + Making Room for Fun with Gemma Hartley

September 14, 2026

There’s always a lot to learn by looking at someone else’s systems!

In today’s episode, I interview author and mother of 3 Gemma Hartley about ALL of her planning systems, with a particular focus on the tools Gemma uses to plan (and enjoy life!) while she tackles big projects like writing a book.

This was a really fun conversation (and I am excited to read Gemma’s newest book, too):

I really liked Gemma’s take on spreading out her quintile planning, so as not to put stress on the process.

ooh yes! For those that get stressed out or feel too much pressure at having to commit all at once this could be really helpful!
