i can’t believe how little i have gotten out of my graduate school courses. actually, that’s not entirely true. most of them have been fairly good, and i can finally listen to a lecture that refers to PI3K or MAPK or the like without zoning out into the land of blissful cluelessness. this rant really refers to one class in particular, and that is a class which was designed to replace medical pharmacology in the graduate school curriculum.
the problem is, i already freaking took medical pharmacology.
so i sit there, dumbstruck and pained, wondering who decided it was a good idea to force me to listen to pseudo-clinical lectures on atherosclerosis and hypertension given by my fellow graduate students.
ok, that felt good.
