deep thoughts while on my run this AM
i was thinking about what i had typed in this morning’s post and felt bad/guilty about comparing my (very minor) plight to cystic fibrosis. i mean, really. writing in hyperbole is fun, but i don’t want anyone to take my breezy phrasing to mean that i have ANY idea what it would be like to have to deal with CF.
so, i am making amends with myself by donating some $$ to the CF foundation. i’ll just think of it as one hour of my moonlighting shift (perhaps the hour i was napping with my head against the desk? discomfort aside, that was quite a well-compensated nap), given away to a worthy cause.
