i need to:

go to bed earlier

eat healthier

focus better

waste less time

hydrate more

stop stressing about things i cannot control

smile more

stretch

unplug

remain open to possibilities

get back to TODAY.

all challenges for me as of late — something about this time of major transition is just not sitting well with me.  [i’m never good at endings.]  however, i think i’m ready to take a deep breath and try to enjoy the last 50 days here.
