brief trip north!

Hello from NC!

I’m actually back at Duke for a very (very) short trip to spend the day at their Child and Adolescent Gender Care Clinic, as I am trying to morph our services in this arena into a more multidisciplinary/team-caregiving model.  They are quite new (didn’t exist when I was there!) but also have been quite successful so it will be very exciting to see how they have developed the program.

Hopefully it won’t be too awkward to return to the place I spent 11 years as a totally random (or not-so-random?) visitor.  At least this time I won’t have a pager . . . wish me luck 🙂
