Chrissy King in Shape: The Intersection of Racism and Diet Culture
Laura featuring some ideas from a recent ep of BLP on Forge: How to Plan with People Who Don’t Like To Plan
Today:
Interval run (re-learned how to program into Garmin, works great even with my aging technology circa 2016!)
Fridge cleanout (inspired by Org365!)
Socially distanced outdoor bday party (C’s BFF). We will see how this goes . . . first one we have been invited to.
More Oona Out of Order. I can’t tell if the monotony of pandemic life has made books more exciting, or if I’ve just lucked out with a string of excellent and entertaining books lately. Love this one. Makes me think about how we don’t appreciated things while we have them, about living in the present, and so much more . . .
Fancy takeout (I think!).
Prep v-day treasure hunt clues for tomorrow

Thank you for sharing the article about diet culture…I need to share this with some colleagues, as we try to add more cultural competency to our program.
Oona out of order was one of my absolute faves from last year. It was so unique and engaging, I was sad when it was done!
