I discuss the balance between proactivity and reactivity (including the acknowledgement that some reactivity is unavoidable!), the ways we get interrupted and interrupt ourselves, and how in some cases it might be worth considering changing things to feel less fragmented and overstimulated.
This is one of those topics where I freely admit I myself am a huge work in progress – I think that’s why I am so fascinated with strategies that might help.
