I recently went through a job transition. It takes a bit to settle in to new routines, so build in grace. If you run 5 days a week (example), you might need to figure out what schedule for your runs works going forward, or maybe adjust (maybe 3-4 runs is more realistic). Or maybe the new role will give you more free time, so you can choose to be intentional with how you use it. Either way, it’s good to think through what will (or might) change. Best of luck to your listener with the question!
