    Another fabulous episode, thank you Sarah! I do feel I need to comment on Gab’s suggestion to over order and buy multiple sizes and colours etc when shopping on-line as “you can just send any unwanted items back”. I would urge listeners to consider that most if not all returned items end up in land fill, which is clearly not an ideal outcome.

      Wow that is shocking! Even higher end items? Example – a $200 pair of jeans? Surely that math can’t work for the company? Or maybe it does. That is so sad/wild if so!

        Yes, unfortunately because items have been tried on, the processing and logistics doesn’t add up economically for many companies. There are many articles on this subject and the effect on our environment.
        As a side note, there was a massive outcry when it was discovered many high end fashion labels destroy excess stock (check out Burberry burning stock) to “protect their brand”!
