    Was just telling my husband that I feel overwhelmed and scattered because everything feels equally important, so I’m giving a little effort in a lot of different directions and not really seeing the needle move anywhere. Can’t wait to listen!

    Also overwhelmed- thanks for the advice! Re-listened twice, first to get the gist then took notes. I plan my days the weekend prior, actually write them out in my accessory notebook, but when I LOOK at them the morning of, the day goes so much better.

    Yes!! Super helpful, as have been your call week notes. I’ve been having a “call week” of my own (totally different job, and not competing here) and it is super helpful to see how our feelings are similar. Glad the time off at the end helped, too.

      This was so helpful, thanks for a great episode Sarah! I’m going on a family trip next week and will be away from work for 9 days – and have SO many deadlines before I go, plus life doesn’t stop. So definitely feeling overwhelmed and scattered right now. Willl be implementing these tips!
