also, thank you all for your kind thoughts about my hip (and for not reaming me for running on it when i shouldn’t have!). it still hurts, of course. i’m going to lay off any sort of workout until monday and then see how elliptical and biking feel. sad, but i since i did eventually heal last time, i’m optimistic that it will happen again.
