greetings from miami beach! i know, it’s a hard life jetsetting every which way. josh and i are here to meet our 2 week old niece ellie and to catch up with family, although we are soaking up our share of sun on this short visit as well. so far, i have already:

• bonded with tiny ellie (she’s practically preemie-sized!)
• gone to lincoln road (south beach)
• eaten cuban food
• overheated on a 5 mile run

but it’s time to get off the computer and back in the action! more, including photos to come!
