i want to gush about my long run, but i can’t think of anyone in real life who would want to hear it — sad, but true. so i will just pour my happy heart out into the interwebs where people like YOU can appreciate it. right?
totals: time 2:17:50, pace 8:35/mi average. i honestly can say that i felt pretty good the entire time! my pace was relatively steady, although my finish was faster than my start.
