AM uplift
i have really been loving morning workouts lately! i don’t know what makes me the happiest: getting into the groove nice and early (and fueled by caffeine), the post-sweat glow that lasts well into the day, or the fact that i can just give into my body’s inclinations to be a lazy lump upon returning home from work in the evening.
on the workout menu for this morning: YOGA!

specifically, a dave farmar baptiste power yoga podcast. going to yoga last weekend with cara was really fun and i’d love to get to more live classes! however, i was also happy to find out that the workout was similar to the ones i have done with yogadownload — maybe a little more intense, but that’s more due to the types of classes i tend to select.
i’ve done a routine of dave’s from yogadownload, but even more enticing are the FREE audio routines on iTunes (or podbean). i find that i don’t really look at the pdf pose guide very often, so i think i should be okay with audio only.
i have a fairly hectic day up ahead (regular clinic, then wake teen clinic), so i will try to keep the lessons dave embeds in his routines in mind.
what happens when orla kiely + anthropologie mix?
you get this dress! and i HAVE to post it. how springy and cute.
coming up!
