Another Josh call weekend (note: we have not had a nonworking weekend together at home for a while now — but hopefully that means more of them coming up soon).
Schedule:
7-9: work out, meal planning/ordering, etc
10: bring kids to meet with friend at park/trail!
12: lunch out somewhere (Panera?)
2: probably science museum – kids have been angling to go!
5: dinner with extended fam!
To do:
❏ Total Strength Week 4 #2 (somehow I got a little behind, but almost done this program and I am going to go directly to Total Strength 2 once done!)
❏ Try to reschedule A’s bday party because I messed up and picked a date all of her close friends are going to be away for (mistake was putting it at the beginning of the school’s spring break)
❏ Find my AirPods which are somewhere in this house. Gah

Part of me really wants earbuds. The more realistic part knows I’d be spending all my time looking for them 🙂
I’ve never lost them before. I am 99% sure they are in the house . . . but not in any of my usual spots!
Oh that sounds lovely. It’s about 60 here which is unusually warm for March. I got a bike ride and we had lunch in the sunshine. I’d like to be hanging out in the garden, but we are getting the floors replaced on monday (and I leave tomorrow, excited to miss it!) and we have to move appliances around.
My daughter’s birthday tends to happen around spring break too. Really messed it up in 2020, when we thought we were being smart for scheduling a party for a couple of weeks later on March 20. 🙁
Logistics question re: Peloton strength programs. If you miss a day in a week, do you go back to finish it? I’ve just started strength training again and I like the structure of a program but I can’t commit to working out more than once or twice a week right now. The beginner strength program is only twice a week, which is doable, but the total strength is more…
Yep! I actually am finishing the program several days late bc I usually run every other day. You have to go back in once the program ended but it does let you do that!
