All of the sudden 2025 seems . . . really close!!!! January dates are now casually being added to the calendar without sounding like they are in another era anymore (um, because they aren’t).
The early weeks of my 2025 planner are getting full already.
Podcast eps for early 2025 are almost due (!) I’m already thinking about various content ideas for the new year. January is a big month for BLP, for obvious reasons!
On that note, Laura and I recorded our annual recap / goals eps, which has started to feel like an expected annual milestone for me now. Just like in 2024, I didn’t feel 100% ready to commit. But I did find it helpful to have a deadline to create a draft! What I really need to do is go through my OWN planning guide – and I plan on doing some of that this weekend!

In addition to running a marathon my goal is to do a major tidy-up of loose ends — my task management game is strong but things got a little messy recently. Josh reminded me that we are basically doing nothing all day on Friday (other than eating carbs) so I bet I can clean up a LOT!

I’m anxious for the calendar I make on Shutterfly to arrive so I can start marking things down. I’ve already booked 13 work trips for 2025 + 1 fun trip (couples trip to Mexico with friends!!!). My head is already kind of spinning.
The 2025 content plan sounds so great!
