Sarah, You inspire me with your proactive approach to responding to your current situation. I have an injury myself that I’m dealing with and it’s helpful to hear how I can approach this time in a positive and planned way. Thank you!

I do think it can be very helpful to have recovery routines, Dr. Sarah Hart-Unger. In the meantime, though, I also recognize that recovery routines are temporary by nature. I was thinking that the day that the new normal routines replace the recovery routines would be quite a memorable day. Then I realized, “Wait, that couldn’t happen in one single day.” I think that the new normal routines can only gradually replace the recovery routines.
I can see that you use a combo of planners to make plans, whether before or after The Event this March, Dr. Sarah Hart-Unger.
If I open 20 tabs at the same time, my computer’s speed or my phone’s speed will go down to a crawl. So, I have practical incentives not to.
