WELL, I created a January goals list today. Kind of funny, I know! But I did already create an annual list, and a seasonal list, and I feel like such an enormous part of the first two weeks of the year was just . . . catchup from all of the merriment/vacation that ensued in December, so here we are!
Plus, many of my annual goals were top of mind, so I was getting stuff done without a specific monthly list.
I could have skipped January altogether, but decided I would just have some fun with it.
So it ended up looking like this:

Some of these things are already done and I just wanted the credit, ha!
(College trip is on the calendar, and Hawaii has successfully been moved).
Others I want to work on getting done before month’s end.
Others are habits I just want to keep top of mind.
And maybe, just maybe, I wanted an excuse to make tiny little stickers with my sticker printer. (That wasn’t a huge part of the motivation, but made it extra fun.)
I also finally cleaned off my desk and did end up reaching 0 in yesterday’s inbox maintenance extravaganza. Both of those things took significant chunks of time, but also — both were necessary. I feel like I am now past “cleanup mode”. Only 58% of the way through the month 🙂

I am not showing the before because a) it’s sort of an overexaggeration anyway because I took it at the peak of disaster and b) it’s such a disaster that maybe sensitive info (credit card #s? address?) shows in the photo and that’s probably not a good thing to put up online.
All right – onward January! And YES I still have one more category of annual goals to share (but it’s short, I promise). I *will* get through them by January’s end!!
