Planning 2027: Sample Schedule

Thursday, Nov. 5, 2026

~3 pm Check In + Retreat Kickoff (interactive, but some time for planning and reflection too; likely a time management workshop in there too)!

6 – 8 pm Reception with drinks + dinner (provided)

Friday, Nov. 6, 2026

7 am Yoga on the beach with BLP crew (meet in the lobby) 

8:30 am: Breakfast (provided)

9 am – Noon: Interactive planning workshops

Noon: Lunch (provided)

1 – 3 pm: Interactive planning workshops & breakouts

Afternoon: Time on your own to enjoy the beach + resort amenities! You can:

  • Plan
  • Spend time on the beach (in the water or with a book!)
  • Hit the hotel gym
  • Take a bike ride (free bike rentals for 1 hr at the resort!)
  • Spa treatment (this resort has a beautiful spa)
  • Shop 
  • Nap
  • Whatever you’d like to do!

Dinner on your own or with the group — possible optional dinner cruise (working on logistics; cost not included in registration)

Saturday, Nov. 7, 2026

7 am: Optional beach walk or run with BLP crew (meet in the lobby) 

8:30 am: Breakfast (provided)

9 am – 12:30 pm: Interactive planning + goal-setting workshops
