Thursday, Nov. 2

4 – 6 pm Check In + Retreat Kickoff

6 – 8 pm Reception with drinks + heavy appetizers (provided)

Friday, Nov. 3

7 am Yoga on the beach with BLP crew (meet in the lobby) 

8:30 am: Breakfast (provided)

9 am – Noon: Interactive planning workshops

Noon: Lunch (provided)

1 – 2 pm: Interactive planning workshops & breakouts

Afternoon: Time on your own to enjoy the beach + resort amenities! You can:

  • Plan
  • Spend time on the beach (in the water or with a book!)
  • Hit the hotel gym
  • Take a bike ride (free bike rentals for 2 hrs at the resort!)
  • Spa treatment at a nearby resort
  • Shop 
  • Nap
  • Whatever you’d like to do!

We also may be be organizing an optional group activity or outing for a small fee – stay tuned! 

6 pm: Optional no-host dinner with Sarah – location TBD but one of the nearby walking distance venues

Saturday, Nov. 4

7 am: Optional beach walk or run with BLP crew (meet in the lobby) 

8:30 am: Breakfast (provided)

9 am – Noon: Interactive planning + goal-setting workshops
