Thursday, Nov. 7

3 pm Check In + Retreat Kickoff

5 – 7 pm Reception with drinks + dinner (provided)

Friday, Nov. 8

7 am Yoga on the beach with BLP crew (meet in the lobby) 

8:30 am: Breakfast (provided)

9 am – Noon: Interactive planning workshops

Noon: Lunch (provided)

1 – 3 pm: Interactive planning workshops & breakouts

Afternoon: Time on your own to enjoy the beach + resort amenities! You can:

  • Plan
  • Spend time on the beach (in the water or with a book!)
  • Hit the hotel gym
  • Take a bike ride (free bike rentals for 2 hrs at the resort!)
  • Spa treatment at a nearby resort
  • Shop 
  • Nap
  • Whatever you’d like to do!

Small group dinners on your own; we will help arrange groups!

Post-dinner meetup and/or activity (. . . .? karaoke) TBA!

Saturday, Nov. 9

7 am: Optional beach walk or run with BLP crew (meet in the lobby) 

8:30 am: Breakfast (provided)

9 am – Noon: Interactive planning + goal-setting workshops
