how do you deal with the stress of not being able to run when your primary stress relief had been running?

that is the question.

and of course, the answer is alcohol!!

    I am so, so sorry!Normally I&#039d say chocolate, but in my current pregnant state I am all about fruit and plain yogurt. 😉 But I guess all food works.And yoga.And long walks, if you can walk?And sex, of course!
