And the midpoint of 2021.
(Fun/random fact: I have been averaging 50 books/year for the past ~2 years, and I just finished my 25th book last night for 2021! I guess this is my reading set point!)
July
(My Q3 list + yearly goals lists are electronic, but since EC contains a lined page for each month, I am putting monthly goals in there!)
I’m also trying this Tending List (in Cultivate What Matters/Powersheets). It’s probably slightly too much to keep up with. But fun to play with/attempt.
I’m taking a PL day today to get my hair done!!
Happy new month!

I just looked at my reading stats on Goodreads and was shocked to find I’ve read 75 books! So many people told me I wouldn’t find time to read when I had kids, but I actually read MORE books now than I did pre-kids! I think having kids has forced me to really think about how I want to spend my free time and I accept way fewer social plans so have more time in the evening to read. Plus I was on mat leave for the first 4 months of the year and read a ton during night feeds. I don’t do that now that I’m back at work because I don’t want to wake up my brain more than necessary! I think my pace will slow down for the 2nd half of the year but it looks like I’ll read over 100 books this year for the 3rd year in a row! Pre-kids I read a lot, but usually about 80 books/year!
Enjoy this fresh start! I just realized I haven’t written out my goals/plans for July. I usually do that 1-2 weeks before the start of the month but July snuck up on me!
75 is amazing!!!!!!
I love all these planner pics. I wish I liked coil planners as there are so many more options. But I don’t. Sigh.
