Scenes from yesterday . . . (theme: photos of the kids absorbed in some activity)
Cloudy skies, drizzle, and more ducklings.
A whole lot of toddler time with this butterfly child who discovered her Halloween costume from last year. (Sadly – no nap for her yesterday. It’s definitely on its way out. She did hang out in the crib happily for an hour singing and entertaining herself.)
Josh took the big kids skateboarding before dinner. For a 6 year old . . . C is pretty good!
Screen time screenshot from last week! (Mon/Tues were patient days with some telehealth, hence the higher bars).
Adjusted daily average thus far: 76.8 minutes over past 11 days. ✅
(And Insta only made up 19 minutes of last week’s total.)
Progress. PS: I will continue to report because a layer of accountability on top of all of my tracking mechanisms can’t hurt!
Today is supposed to be cloudy but not rainy and we are headed to the beach to meet up with Annabel’s BFF.
Also on list:
❏ Last LIIFT4 week6 workout (shoulders – went slightly out of order)
❏ Grocery shop
❏ Home mani!
❏ Email cleanout
❏ ? Help kids order Halloween costumes

Did you ever get your Covid results? I am weirdly obsessed with testing and the insane delays in returning results that seems to make them a LOT less useful
yes! I added it to the bottom of Thursday AM’s post. Neg – took about 48 hours!
Sorry about losing G’s nap. I’m in the same boat with my 2-year-old….oh nooooo!
Completely unrelated: I am in the middle of watching Unorthodox on Netflix (about an Orthodox Jewish woman who leaves her husband) and the lead actress looks a lot like you I think. I always enjoy celebrity look-a-likes so I thought I’d mention 🙂
That’s so funny – I did read the book! I have also had many tell me I look like Kate Mara’s character in House of Cards.
