Hi I’m not sure the pre order bonus is set up right for mobile? I entered my order info then got a truncated message that said “you’re already subscribed” so looks like maybe it was trying to subscribe me to the newsletter? It’s hard to tell because the message was cut off on the side. Excited about the book and bonuses! Thanks.
I got the same with mobile. But the bonus was sent to my email a few mins later.
Hi! I just tested it and I can see your email got tagged so you should have received the email from me with the bonuses 🙂
Let me know if not!!
Let me know if you needs recs on things to do on Cape Cod! My in-laws lives there (in Barnstable) and we go every year (albeit in summer, when the activities are mostly water-based!).
Hi
Hope you have a better week this week! Just wanted to thank you – and the listener who inspired your episode. I’ve only listened for the last year or so, and I was deaming of a list of past key episodes, so this was exactly what I’d thought off. I will enjoy the few hours of material whilst waiting for the book and blp at home 😊
All the best for the holiday season.
Helene
aww thank you Helene!!!
I’m curious if all sports are out for you now. I recently picked up pickleball and it definitely scratches the goal-setting, social, continuous improvement itch! Way less cardio than running, although there was an adjustment period. Other ones might be pool, or ping-pong.
I have always been bad at “ball sports”! I think I prob could do pickleball but not reg tennis (too much running). I wouldn’t rule out trying it!!!!
When you pointed out that you’ll ask friends to share far and wide, do you mean to share the “Preorder Bonuses!” page on your main site, Dr. Sarah Hart-Unger?
I also wonder if it is the case that when you feel like you’re spent this week, you deliberately choose to skip some routines, such as meditation and some of the exercises that you do, Dr. Sarah Hart-Unger.
And no, I cannot say for sure how you can avoid hearing people talking about how they abandon your book, either.
I’ve finished listening to this week’s BOBW episode. I’ll now write a summary of all of Ms. Andrea Leigh Rogers’ practices.
1. Breath work.
2. Stretching.
3. Movement.
4. Do three things today.
5. Me time.
6. Mindfulness.
7. Affirmations.
I’ll consider reaching out to Ms. Andrea Leigh Rogers directly to ask all of the questions that I have for her.
I wish we could access all the recordings within the show notes, but some show an error. I guess I can go to Apple Podcasts.
ohh I didn’t realize that! I will have to work on better links. I think it’s bc at one point I changed my host from Libsyn to Megaphone. I’m so sorry about that!
